General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our subscription services, we do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated and features have been accessed.

Unprocessed Payments

If your payment was sent via bank transfer but has not yet been processed or approved by our team, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us immediately at admin@downloadh.com.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error or the payment amount is incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction for a review and potential adjustment.
